“Arkada-Engineering” quality politics is the expression of principles and values according to its Mission and strategy which is put into practice by the management quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 Certification and it must be followed by all personnel. We consider the quality of our production as the main means of reinforcement of our position in the market and therefore the profit improvement, well-being of our enterprise and of the society on the whole.

The most important aim of our activities in the domain of quality is to design, to produce and to deliver our production which satisfies at most the customers’ expectations and demands taking into account the economical interest of the enterprise.

The management of “Arkada-Engineering” Ltd. undertakes to follow the aim and to direct its activities to:

• Systematically and purposefully examine inquiries of inner and outer customers, to react quickly to their suggestions and observations;
• Make the most efficient use of resources and abate production costs due to:
  • improvement of the constructions, technologies and processes of the managing system;
  • preventing from making mistakes in design, production and management of the enterprise.
• Cooperate with providers in order to understand the customers’ demands;
• Manage the work and resources as a system of interconnected processes according to which the staff relationships are formed the same way as the relationships of provider and consumer. Every employee assumes the responsibility for the quality of his work and he has the right to expect the same from his colleagues.

The management of “Arkada-Engineering” Ltd. assumes the responsibility for its politics and considers obligatory the following:

• To plan the staff activity and provide it with necessary resources to progress in chosen directions;
• To create and to maintain inner surroundings that contributes to the staff involvement into the process of continuous improvement of the enterprise activity;
• To take decisions considering the quality as the priority rule number one;
• To control, to evaluate the management system and to try to improve it.
