It shortens the time for the line supplying and therefore allows to increase the number of produced items.

Automatic line for production of metal decking and metal roofing tiles

“Arkada-Engineering” offers the multi-purpose line for production of metal decking and metal roofing tiles. The line worked out by our design bureau allows to produce in quantity all metal decking types (according to the State Standard Specification from C8 to HI57), every metal roofing tile types (such as Monterrey, Super Monterrey, Cascade, Joker, Classic and others), as well as different types of profile products according to customers’ sketches. Configuration of production depends on changeable instrumental adjustments. One of the advantages of the line is the capacity to supplement it with instruments for new production types. Roll-forming speed reaches 1200 linear meters, depending on the sheet length and on the metal.

The line is fully automatic, after roll metal loading the operator sets out the length and the quantity of sheets on the control panel. After that the processes of roll decoiling, roll-forming, cutting and stacking are made automatically. The high quality of manufactured products is realized by the use of units from the world leading manufacturers. All lines are made taking into consideration the customers’ demands, which determine the output, completing and types of produced profiles.
