Stamping and perforating complexes
Automatic stamping and perforating complexes are the result of Arkada-Engineering Ltd. design work. The complexes are manufactured under the tightened inspection of qualified design specialists. Depending on worked metal characteristics and production requirements Arkada-Engineering Ltd. designs and produces the following kinds of complexes:

- perforating complexes
Stamping complexes
Stamping complexes are designed for stamping items manufacturing out of sheet metal (strips) preliminary processed by a slitting line. Items configuration can be various: from simple (plate type) to complicated. Produced items can be even, with angularly bent edges; with perforation, calking etc. The important difference of a stamping complex from a perforating one is that it produces ready-made items. Depending on the production type determined by the customer (we produce items according to customers sketches) components of the complex can vary. Components of the complex, the structure of units and mechanisms are determined during the arrangement of draft proposal.

Stamping complex for production of items for suspended ceilings
The stamping complex is designed for stamping items manufacturing and is considered to be a part of the equipment for sheet metal forming processing. Stamping items are manufactured automatically out of roll metal.

Perforating complexes
Perforating complexes are designed for making numerous punched holes in coil metal (strip) preliminary processed by a slitting line. Perforated sheet metal is used for further roll forming processings, e.g. for production of roll formed shapes: perforated angle pieces, screeds, profiles for wet trimworks of facades, posts and shelves for trading and warehouse racks. The components for automatic complexes for fixing items stamping and for sheet metal perforation can vary depending on the demands to produced items. We use components from the world leading manufacturers, such as Herrblitz, JOINT etc. Components for the complexes, configuration of the units and mechanisms are determined during requirements specification working out.
